Sushmita Sen Fainted During Miss Universe Photoshoot
a well-known designer from neighboring India, has revealed that Bollywood actress Sushmita
Sen fainted during the Miss Universe photo shoot.
Indian designer Ritu Kumar has posted a video of Sushmita Sen's Miss Universe photo shoot on her official Instagram handle, which was shot in front of the Taj Mahal.
In the caption of her post, designer Ritu Kumar said, "I signed a contract with the Miss India pageant team in 1993. In the contract, I was given the responsibility of designing the costumes for all the contestants of the pageant."
Ritu Kumar said that it was a historic moment in my career which I will always remember, I was very happy to be a part of Miss India and then Miss Universe team.

The designer said that in the year 1994, Sushmita Sen won the Miss India pageant and then the actress was sent to America for the Miss Universe pageant.
He said that when Sushmita Sen returned to Delhi from America after winning the title of Miss Universe, I received a phone call and was told to come to the Taj Mahal. A photo shoot has been arranged for her and once again I was asked to design the costumes of the actress.
Ritu Kumar said, "I opened my store in Milkar Raat with my team and within a few hours selected traditional dresses for Sushmita Sen in the style of the Taj Mahal."
He said that due to the extreme heat it became very difficult to shoot the photo and during this time Sushmita Sen also fainted, but despite this the actress completed her shoot.
The Indian designer further said that Sushmita Sen was doing a photo shoot wearing a pink saree with the crown of Miss Universe on her head, and the police officers on duty outside the Taj Mahal were clapping proudly after seeing the actress. It was also published in newspapers.
